JAMES K. PERRY, JR.

       PRI of Atlanta was founded in 1988 as a privately owned Human Resources
consulting group.  James (Jim) K. Perry, Jr. has worked for more than 30 years with
Fortune 500 Companies and smaller entrepreneurial companies - Bausch & Lomb, Emery
Air Freight Corporation, Norrell Corporation, and American Security Group as their Senior
Human Resources Executive.  With this extensive background, there is little in this field that
he has not experienced nor knows where to go to get the job done.

       When Jim was Senior Vice President of Human Resources for American Security
Group (ASG) he also served on LOMA's Senior Human Resources Executive Panel acting
as Chairperson on two occasions.  Prior to joining (ASG) he was Vice President of Human
Resources for Norrell Corporation (a supplemental staffing firm).

       Prior to that, Mr. Perry was employed by Bausch and Lomb Corporation and most
recently served as Corporate Vice President of Human Resources.  His previous
employment included Director of Personnel for Emery Air Freight Corporation's worldwide
operations and positions in the Personnel and Marketing Departments of Burroughs
Corporation (now Unisys).

       He is a native of Rochester, New York, graduated from St. John Fisher College with a
B.A. in Economics, and has completed graduate studies at the University of Connecticut in
business and labor relations.  Mr. Perry is married with three children and currently lives in
Woodstock, Georgia.

       He has given presentations to local and professional business groups throughout the
country on such subjects as recent legislation affecting today's management, effective
selection processes, strategies for improving productivity, and other critical areas of human
resources in today's changing workplace.  Some of the organizations he has addressed are:  
Sales Executive Club of Atlanta, SHRM South, National Conference of SHRM, Professional
Secretaries International, and a "Changing Human Resource Trends in the Workplace"
Forum in Washington, D.C.
